Vehicle registration certificate
My car was in an accident last year October and the person who hit my car referred me to his insurance, they didn't not have a problem paying for the damages but requested some documents including vehicle registration certificate. I requested this from Nedbank in October last year and up to now I haven't received anything, I spoke to Ntombi Ndaba today and she's telling me that they don't have it and she will investigate. This is so frustrating. How long must I wait to get this certificate that they were supposed to have in the 1st place?
