Vehicle papers

<p>For 5 years my car was finances though Nedbank and they were more than happy to enjoy the interest paid on my car loan. I went into the Nedbank branch in Campus square on the 24/07/2017 requesting the original documents for my vehicle. They were very helpful and advised that I will need to get this from MFC, for 30 minutes u we struggled to get through to them their lines was engaged. Eventually someone answered, I then explained to them what I needed, I have my details ID number etc, the girl told me that she could not pick me up on the system which I found crazy. I then left and called MFC directly the next day and they picked up my account number. I was given a e-mail address that I had to use to request my documents. A Celeste Pretorious received the e-mail on the 26th on the 27th a Noxolo Meyers replies acknowledging receipt but further sent it to a department called VAF. I then rep**** to that e-mail on the 31st cause I need those papers as in yesterday. On 01/08/2017 Phillio Mashishi rep**** telling me they have my e-mail and the turnaround time is 5- 7 working hours. IT IS WAY OVER 5-7 HOURS, it is almost two week since I requested my original documents. I NEED MY CARS PAPERS. I WILL NEVER FINANCE ANYTHING THROUGH NEDBANK AGAIN CAUSE AFTER THEY FINISH EATING YOUR MONEY THEY CANT HELP YOU.</p> <p> </p>
