Vehicle fully settled but refusing to release the vehicle registration documents

MFC a division of Nedbank took 9 months to approve the vehicle credit life, then they said we need to settle a portion of the balance before they release the vehicle documents, we then settled the balance and then they said they cannot release the vehicle documents without the letter of executorship. I then sent the sworn SAPS affidavit confirming that I am the executor along with the signed nomination form and they still refused to release the documents even after i told them that the vehicle registration Is about to expire. I would not have settled the balance had I known that they would refuse to give me the vehicle release documents. The courts have a massive backlog of the executorship letters and it might take time to receive this and we won’t be able to use the car once the registration has expired but not that they have their money they don’t care
