In august 2023 I finished paying the capital part of my car that was financed through nedbank (MFC). I was sent a form which I needed to sign if I wanted to refinance the Balloon amount and selecting the payment option. After signing and sending it back to *** and *** they never deducted from my account. I called nedbank telling them to deduct and I was asked if I am under debt review which I agreed then I was told that they are not allowed to issue credit with someone under debt review and was referred to *** as she is dealing with debt review clients for the bank.

I have never received any communication from Thembi, I started calling the bank and I can not get hold of Thembi. When I ask to be referred to someone who is not as busy as Thembi I was told she is the only one who deals with this.

I then sent her an email on the 2nd of September 2024 informing her that I have been trying to get hold of her and requested a settlement amount from her. She sent the settlement and I paid the owed amount.

I called on the 13 September 2024 and still could not get hold of her. She later emailed me saying she is following up on my call. I inquired the process of getting the car documents and the next step since payment has been made and up until today I did not get any response from her.

On the 13 in the afternoon she sent an email saying my phone was on voicemail, I assured her that the phone was on and called her myself and I was told she will get back to me.

I am still waiting for her call and all I need from her is a paid up letter and ownership documents and forget about ever doing business with nedbank ever again.
