Vehicle Claim Insurance

I have vehicle insurance with Nedgroup Life. To say I am disappointed would be the least. I made a vehicle claim on the 29th June. Everytime I call I get told the claim is at finalisation stage. No one bothers to call for update purposes. Honestly this has been dragging on for too long.
