Vehicle accident claim with poor services

I have opened a vehicle accident claim in September 2023. There has been no correspondence from the claims department since then. I have to always call and find out on the progress of the claim and every time I call there is a different story. In January and earlier this month they told me that they are waiting for a call recording. Their services with claims are very poor and slow. Till today I have not received any call I have to follow up. It's unfair that it's been over 5 months now and I do not have a vehicle not even progress on where I stand. The stories just keep piling up every time.
