Vanity bank not Ned bank

****py bank. Suddenly my greenbacks programme I've been a member of for yours has just been a member of for years has simply been cancelled by the bank and you didn't even inform me. Now I have to rejoin and pay a monthly fees. This is so very rude!!! I will not pay after the way you just did this and I'll likely pay more than I make in points. You are a selfish, self centered bank. It is time for me to move. You also told me somebody would call me about moving to private banking. Someone tried only once and then sent me an email stating if I'm interested I must call them back and attached some info. A single attempt and then you just gave up. Very entitled and vain bank! Time for me to close my accounts and move to a better bank.
