Vanishing money!

On Monday I slept with a balance of R1800 only to wake up with R700. I relaxed because I knew I had debit orders but now my debit orders are bouncing. I don't understand where my chunks of money went. I called customer care and they are talking a foreign language I don't understand and this is not first time this has happened. Fix it and bring back my money.
