Valued customer

I've had a nedbank account for a while but hadn't been making much use of it. Recently decided to switch from using my Standard Bank account to Nedbank as I felt like they hadn't done much for me. Since I have switched to Nedbank I have received a few courtesy calls over the last few months just to fami****ize me with the benefits of my account and how to make better use of it. My last call was with Dimitri who gave me excellent service and was able to assist with queries I had. What i loved most was that the purpose of the call wasnt to convince me to sign up for any of their products but rather just to provide relevant individual knowledge.
