Valerie Made things happen for me and my princess

I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to Valerie a consultant in Nedbank Brand Road for a wonderful service and going out of her way to assist me i opening my daughters bank account. I arrived at the bank Saturday Mid-Morning to open a bank account for my daughter who is turning 13 this coming Wednesday, The queue was long and the bank was about to close at 12, noon. Although it was only 15 minutes before closing time and opening an account for a minor takes a bit longer, Valerie assisted me, with a smile on her face and patience when my daughter was trying to figure out her signature. She was my SHERO for the day and she indeed made things happen for me.We were so excited about the bank account that we forgot my daughters birth certificate and guess what? I called the branch this morning and Valerie reassured me that she has kept it safe for me. It's not usual to get such awesome and friendly service especially in a client service environment. I hope the management of this branch will convey my compliment to Val and I hope other consultants may learn a thing or 2 from this awesome lady/ Another huge thank you to Reetha from the tellers who initially assisted me. :-))
