Vague FICA request causes my account to be blocked?

I wish to make a complaint against Nedbank.

I received a FICA notification that I found extremely vague and unhelpful amd due to the rampant ***** amd ****s in South Africa thought it was **** as I was initially informed FICA is for business and my Nedbank account is a personal one. Now I see my account via the Nedbank money app says "pending activation" I want to know from Nedbank what does this mean and how do I rectify it?

My experience is that Nedbank has an extremely poor way of informing their customers of what is required.

Now I am blocked from accessing my account and I need access to this money soon for commitments.
