Utterly Pathetic and ***********

I opened a Premier Credit Card and cards were ordered to be collected at Brooklyn branch. Went to collect to find envelopes opened. Service at branch was pathetic. Lodged a complaint with Nedbank CCM ***3. New cards were ordered and was told branch would contact me to collect. Branch never did contact me, even though sms was sent to me. Branch did not comply with process agreed to in dispute resolution. Went to branch to collect. WRONG CARDS ORDERED.
