Utterly disgusted

With utter disgust I am writing this review on the 26th July I withdrew a R600 from Nedbank Standford Square Port Elizabeth ATm however I bank with Capitec, I only received a R100 from the R600 I withdrew but the whole R600 was deducted from my account I immediately called Capitec to inform them and a incident report was opened I was then told they are investigating and I would receive feedback and myoney with in 14 days.14days has passed I sent follow up emails no reply this evening a lady called me to say I am not getting refunded yet and that I should take the matter up with Nedbank as this in an interbank issue like seriously I am sitting with a R500 less in my budget a huge dent to should I receive my money could Nedbank please assist me in this regard
