Utterly disappointed with Nedbank

I have been with Nedbank since 2011 and have two investment accounts with them. What's scary is that I've been told by the contact centre consultants that they can't help me get my three month bank statements... even if I pay for it they can't, because apparently, depending on my spending behavior, they generate me with weekly statements only!!

This is unacceptable! Tymebank can do the same in under 5 mins. It's time to change!
