Utterly disappointed and totally disgusted!!!

My salary date is the 24th and Nedbank Personal Loans decides to put forward my debit order on the 23/06/17 - for whatever reason I would not know. I was not advised on the new debit order run hence the debit order was returned but subsequently re-presented again by Nedbank on the 24/06/17. Please advise who will be paying for the debit order dishoured fee as this action from Nedbank resulted in a string of emails from my personal banker advising my scoring. Furthermore, I need my debit order date moved to the 26th or the 27th so we do not have a repeat of this episode or I will cancel the debit order and load Nedbank as a beneficiary on my salary and do the payments via EFT.

A prompt response from your offices are now required.

Thanking you,

Jessica van der Westhuizen

Good day, This nonsense is still continuing and as a result my risk with my bankers has increased to a level 4. I will be loading Nedbank as a beneficiary for the 25th of each month as I cannot have you collect the debit order on the 22nd when my salary date is the 24th. Why send out sms's to which I reply to advise that date suggested is not suitable and then Nedbank still go ahead and collect debit order 2 days before my actual salary date? I am so over discussing this matter. Thanking you, Jessica van der Westhuizen ********** 574
