Utter Disgusted

I have been with Nedbank for some years now and just wondering why i am still with them, I has some monies deducted from my credit card and faxed the dispute form as suggested but till today i did not get any feedback from them. Bank charges are always deducted on time but yet when we have queries what gets done sweet niks.
