UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT

So disappointed with the service recieved. I visited the Jabulani Mall branch and the service was just downright pathetic. The staff were taking their sweet time going up and down and having casual chats without having to attend to clients. Never mind the fact that i had to wait for over an hour to be served, I felt for the elderly who waited for more or less that time, yet the branch had a small amount of people inside considering social distancing. For a bank that prides itself in being "in this together" with the clients, I'm utterly disappointed.
