UTMOST POOR SERVICER

Good day, I am battling to withdraw money from Platinum Invest on my app. It is linked with my business profile. I have contacted the call centre, they did not help at all. Eventually I went to the Nedbank Buffeldoorn branch yesterday where they "helped" me with a selfie and paperwork because I changed phones. Now this is my problem. I STILL CANNOT WITHDRAW MONEY. Why going to the bank? I also asked a lady working at Nedbank to assist but we do not get feedback whatsover. Is there somebody willing and able to assist? An no, I am not going to the bank again. ***
