Usless Nedbank

Why do u have a customer care centre if they cant assist u with just changing your number for the money app i cant use my online banking it wants to verify through my money app i cant get into my money app as my old phone and sim card got stollen now i have money that i want to get but cant my card is not working atms so how do i get it customer servics doesnt want to help so why did i change thinking nedbank is going to be better than my previous bank as im now having more issues with them. Im realy ticked off coz how do i get my money nothing is working and no one can change a simple ****** number!!!!😡😡😡😡
