What a problem to get the new login to work. Been three days and numerous calls and still nothing. Does not reconize my ID number. Cs number was linked to the wrong cell phone, Now asking for a 10 digit profile number have alway only had 7. Told to add three zeros to the front profile number. Now told they can't find may BASE DETAILS. You alway have to go through the call centre.
