Using Nedbank online banking outside South Africa

So I have moved out of S.A. for work. Had told my private banker and she helped me set up most of my accounts on debit orders. My new salary (pounds) out of S.A. had to be paid into my South African account Nedbank. Since arriving here I have not been able to access my Nedbank app so I can transact and convert my pounds to rands and transfer to my main account. It’s been more than 2 days now trying to get help from Nedbank with no success. I have S.A. debit orders that will be due to go off soon. This has really been frustrating. And to think that even my banker can’t help me, what’s the point really? Right now I just want my money then I can close the account cause obviously Nedbank does not care about it’s customers.
