Using hellopeter to administer claims and coms

in 2018 OCT I logged a claim for the garage door, assessors had come out but no feedback till today. The same happen with a previous claim. I had to publish an article in hellopeter before they dealt with it.

Nedbank forced me to take the insurance with them otherwise they would have not given me the bond. Now there is just no service. Not even a mail

When I queried last week - for the old reference and told them I needed it to write a complaint, they didn't even bother to feedback with on that mail.

It seems the only way to get service is from here
