Useless website and money app

Every other day I want to do a notice of withdrawal from my just save account, I notice that the investment tab on the website disappears meaning you cannot make any notice unless you go to the bank. I called and complained about this month's ago and was told to download the money app. I did but it's even more useless because it only allows transfers from current account to investment account but you cannot make a notice. Nedbank internet products are very useless because I still have to drive to the bank to do something simple or waste my airtime calling their call Centre.
