Useless website

Several years ago I financed a vehicle using Nedbank. Having paid off the loan, I now want the vehicle registration papers.<br> One is directed to the [URL Removed] website, where a form can be filled in and submitted. One is then promised feedback within one business day. Well this is not true. I have filled in the form no less than three times, the most recent attempt being on 20th and have never received any feedback and still do not have the vehicle papers. Clearly this website (and the forms) are useless.<br> <br> By way of contrast I made a similar request to Wesbank, for another vehicle and had my papers within a few days, no problem.
