Useless useless useless
A resolution manager was supposed to call me after I complained about your service. This was on the 26th of January and all of a sudden my complaint and feedback does not exist for further commenting on this platform. I want an answer get one of your so called resolution maangers to contact me or I'm going to the banking ombudsman
