Useless, unreasonable and careless about clients financial well being

My salary goes through Nedbank, I'm earning R12749, I requested a consolidation loan that I think covers upto R180k, just because of a single account that might have missed few payments, the same account that is part of the accounts I want to consolidate, I'm unable to be helped on consolidating. The aim is to have a good credit score when the bank that you bank with refuses, hwo likely are you not to take your salary elsewhere, where you can get help, and only pay that bank.
