Useless teller and Managers!

Walked into the branch at 3:20pm today with my mother who needed assistance regarding her App and only the branch could do the change before she was able to self service on the APP however, the consultant sitting at Teller 8 who was really laid back and clearly had no customer service centric attitude needed a mamager to authorise what she was about to do for us and wow ..two manager at the branch and not ONE of them could come out and assist mind you myself and myother is standing at waiting for almost 30min for this manager to come authorise as if we dont have business or a life. The teller while waiting keeps sitting and continues with her other work placing absolutely NO urgency on the manager. Im highly disappointed at how you treat your Elderly customers or customers in General.
