Useless Technology
Went to the Nedbank ATM to deposit cash. I inserted my card, selected the option to deposit cash, the little deposit slot opened up and I stuck in many hundred and two hundred notes. Filled the deposit slot to the brim. That's when I got the error about my notes ect. Instead of the machine spilling my money out, it decides to keep the cash and card. Now I find myself having to call the call center and this and that! Why take my money and card and give me a receipt confirming deposit? How is that helping me!?

07 Mar 2018, 01:06The transaction was completed, however, that does not assist me much because my card was gone in the process. So I have the money back but not the card, meaning I do not have access to the cash.
