USELESS SERVICE REALLY USELESS

So normaly when you make a payment into a closed account the money bounces back! In NEDBANKS CASE they dont do that, so by accident i paid R500 into my closed Nedbank account on Monday instead of my Capitec! When i call Nedbank they say, there is nothing they can do i have to go into the bank! IM WORKING UNTIL 6pm!!!!!! I NEED THIS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY JUST REFUSE TO HELP OVER THE PHONE.....
