Useless service from Nedbank Insurance.

I would like to get in contact with Mr. Micheal Brown. Im struggling with my personal claims assistant Mr Moses Mvelase, My claim was submitted on the 7th of March. I have phoned numerous times and still have no conclusion regarding my claim. I have been a nedbank client for close to over 10 years, I am also a private client. If this is the type of service that you guys are happy with giving your clients I do not want to be part of this business anymore and would move all my business from the company.
