Useless service from Nedbank

This bank use THE bank with good services but by the look of things that thye have moved backwards with the GOOD people resigned and moved out of the bank the people who are suppose to took over are useless. The can't even help you on mail or on phone on resolving your prolem with the bank issues. Then the thye are also charging you for service fees? Whish fees you have to pay? There is no service! You got a personal banker who is suppose to check your accounts but can;t even sort out a debit order. He has to phone a Teamleade/friend to resolve it who even can't do it.
