Good Day. So we are very disapointed paying out bond for a decade already, now needing to get service, no one wants to help, everyone just keeps pushing me to the next one for the last one to tell me going onto the internet again and restart the process.

If my money means nothing to you, please let me know then I will move the balance of my bond to a bank that really wants my money
