Useless service

I used NEDBANK Tygervalley yesterday to increase my limit. The bank closed while I was inside and the assisted me going out all my banking platforms were locked. I called them all they could say is come back tomorrow. Their service is pathetic, useless and time consuming for nothing. They unprofessionally, slower than government officials and with no remorse. I edge no one to use the branch so that it can close and they get retrenched and realise that messing customers is seriously damaging to business.
