Useless ******** bank

<p>Tried to redeem my greenback points (100 000) and becuse I haven't used my debit card in six months all the points have been wiped out. Then the cheeky call centre agent told I should have read the fine print! I told her I never ever received any fine print! So.... never bother with stupid rewards programs from Nedbank. It's just another huge **** to get you to use their cards. It took 2 visits to the branch, 32 min on the phone and I spoke to 9 different people!!!</p> <p> </p>
