Useless relationship bankers, no service at all

My account is stuck on “activation pending” after an attempted ***** on my account, and I get sent around in circles trying to get this resolved. The matter has been going on for weeks now even after the ***** department confirmed multiple times they have concluded their investigation. Everyone keeps telling me Mr Jabu Simelane is apparently my relationship manager and he is the only one who can re-activate the account, but no amount of phone calls or emails are ever answered by him. I am convinced this Mr Jabu Simelane is in fact a ghost worker drawing a salary but doesn’t ever actually show up for work.
