USELESS RELATIONSHIP BANKERS (5 DAYS FOR A PERSONAL LOAN QUOTE)

Made a request for a personal loan on Tuesday 20/10/2020 to date no formal quote received, it's apauling that in 2020 a bank as "professional" as Nedbank still quote their customers with desktop screen shots at high interest rates 25%. I tried calling the Greenstone branch to chat to my "relationship banker" (Vonani Kotani) for 2 days now with no answer also sent 3 follow up emails with service manager in cc, but my emails have been blatantly ignored, what is the point of professional banking if going to a branch is more effecient than so called relationship bankers? I pay fees for a promt and professional service, which I am currently not recieving.
