Useless Private Banking 24/7 Call Centre.

Their Private Banking 24 hour line is useless. Second time I called them, first I literally wanted to close my account and only stopped due to my very capable Banker calling me and sorting things out the next day. I'm lucky to have an excellent Banker but when you have problems outside hours or when travelling like we are and the banker is offline you're really on your own. The most useless service with rude agents. You really better off getting your banking services from someone else
