useless policy

I have a credit cover policy with them ,in July we were placed on short time was salary will be cut into half I logged a claim on the 24th of July no one responded .today I called them only to be told that it cannot cover for short time .but the person I spoke to last week gave me loss of income form to fill. my car is financed by nedban I have service policy with them credit cover and shortfall cover with them even the car insurance Iam very disappointed
