Useless personal loan department

I app**** for a personal loan on the 30th of September 2022. Till today I haven't been provided with feedback. I app**** for a home loan it was approved in 2days with nedbank homeloan. I am told it is with ***** department. Can they decide on their findings already. I want feedback today before 12pm. I am trying to understand why a flipping home loan didn't go to ***** department yet a personal loan would go.
