Useless Personal Bankers

My personal banker Ayanda Radebe, has to be the most useless individual I have had to deal with. He does not respond to requests, makes promises and does not deliver, and does not even understand the products he deals with. In attempting to escalate my frustration, he has asked his line manager Mary to call me. 2 weeks later I have not heard from her either. All this while I am sitting with a massive amount of cash in my current account, and I am asking for advice on which Nedbank product is optimal for holding short term cash amounts. My money is now moving to another institution
