Useless Nedbank Staff

The service from Nedbank Insurance is **********. Dont try calling their call centre to get help.They are friendly when they answer,but that is a smoke screen for their pathetic service.I lodged a complaint with them 10 days ago and to this day they still have not assisted me in any way.Their call centre staff are useless and they might as well be at home under Lockdown cause they are of no help to their customers.Logging a complaint with Nedbank's Central Compalint is also of not much help.Nothing gets resolved.They think we stupid . Thank goodness I am not forced to stay with them for cover.Switching 1 June.Bye Nedbank.Not wasting my money on you anymore
