Useless Nedbank insurance

Nedbank it's a useless!!!I put a claim for my damaged ceiling since last year October and to this day I m still waiting for the ceiling to be fixed!!!Yet every month they deduct the premium,I have been trying to get this matter sorted to no avail.Stories after stories, excuses after excuse,I m just tired of this Nebank!!
