Useless Nedbank Homeloan consultant

So I app**** for a nedbank homeloan and honestly this might be the biggest mistake I have made this year. As part of the loan agreement I am supposed to open a nedbank bank account and this has been nothings short of a nightmare. So I called the call centre *** at 11:40 on Saturday 29 Jan and spoke to the rudest, most *********** and truly crazy person called Anastacia or something like that. Did this lunatic not hang up on me when questioned why the fica process takes so long. They are wasting my time and I can only imagine how much worse it will get if I move my account to them. Absolutely despicable
