Useless Nedbank

Nedbank is the most useless bank i ever banked with. My account gets blocked and reported for ***** because of amount of R 454.29 that was paid into my account on an investment i ****. struggling from the 5th of December to get info out of them. Only little by little i got the info that i needed. No communication on what is going on and they take forever. Now when i called they only gave me the info i must go and get an affidavit on where the funds came from. Than it will take 4 to 6 weeks. Now i sit over festive season with no food and money because of this *********** people. My holiday is already paid but can't go. So they only cost you money because i am losing that money now. Useless and not willing to help. Only got an answer, it's your problem. nothing we can do. I would not recommend them to anyone. Opening a new account at another bank now. I am done with. If i could swear here, the sea wont be able to wash them clean. So angry am i
