Useless Nedbank App and their staff need training.

If I you had zero rating I would rate Nedbank zero, I app**** for a loan on their app on Friday the 2nd of May 2025, from Tuesday the 6th of May 2025 I call Nedbank to get an update of my application, the lady I spoke to said my application at the back office its pre-approved. I called on the 7th May 2025 the guy I spoke to said I'll be receiving the money at 00:00 or on the 8th May 2025, I need that cash by today the 8th May 25, now am being told to resume my application and will have to wait for another 24 - 48 hours which will not work for me given the date I app****. Capitec approved my loan and paid same day and I'm not their client, Nedbank its ****** and I'm their client. Nedbank its not reliable at all and am definitely divorcing them.
