Useless Nedbank app

I've bought electricity using the Nedbank Money app the way I've been normally purchasing it for years, but now they are telling me that I have to wait for three days for my voucher to reflect, i called numerous times and I am just being told that it has been escalated but nothing still. @Nedbank please understand that when one buys electricity its because he is out of electricity that very same moment, now I've lost almost all my groceries in the fridge and freezer
