Useless Nedbank and useless service offered. Closing my account soon as i have access to my funds

I have a Business account with Nedbank, just found out that the account has been flagged for dormancy, Been trying to manage the activation of the account with Nedbank Trade Route and Nedbank Glen mall and none of them are helpful. Account has money and they telling me i should have not left the account dormant with more than 50k in it. I'm so gatvol with Nedbank and want to move my account else where. I cant even access my money due to their lack of knowledge to assist on the matter. Now my business is on stand still and i'm losing new business as i cant access the funds
