Useless Nedbank

Most patetic bank. Once again I trusted them and reopened an account. Made sure with personal banker that they can not put any trace alerts on account or take money from outstanding Nedbank debts. I was assured and the opened the account...activatex it and then as soon as we deposited money they blocked my account!!! 5 solid hours on calls with different people diffrent departments but they can not get hold of the investigating officer on the ***** alert on my personal account! I will report this to the police aswell as the ombudsnan if it is not solved Today
