useless nedbank

I have been trying to cancel cheque account and Credit card via Kenilworth Cape Town branch for almost 6 months. My personal banker Raquelle eventually palmed me off to Maurice who is equally useless. The branch manager refuses to get involved ..and the region is no different. They wont close the accounts but continue to debit monthly charges. Stay faraway from this branch and bank
