Useless nedbank

I have never dealt with such an *********** staff in my life. My son( minor) account is frozen due to fica compliance. I went to the branch with documents they requested on my arrival I was told that everything is in order. I then treat to transfer money I couldn't because I am not fica compliance. I went for the second time at the branch they will clear it. I went for the third time still nothing. I don't know what to do with this useless bank.
